Hi Doc, My baby completed 23 days as of today but I think the supply is not sufficient . I tried using manual breast pump but it is less than 5 ml . My baby is crying after the breast feedinh and when am giving him similac plus (50ml) he is sleeping well . Any suggestion how to increase breast milk . I am taking gallact and feedbiz both to increase milk supply but not received any satisfactory result as of now .

1)Can I eat pomegranate and beetroot after embryo transfer? 2) i have slight lower abdominal pain after 2days of my embryo transfer. Is it a cause of concern?

I have a doubt.. In dec i got my periods on 22nd.. Then in jan I got feeling of periods from 16th but I had a little spotting but got proper periods from 18th.. First 3 days i get normal flow, 4th and 5th day is lesser than 3rd day and 6th and 7th day is lesser than 5th day.. This has been my pattern pretty much since my 1st periods. Now today again have a feeling of getting it in a day or 2.. Is my cycle normal? How many days of advance or delay is alright? Currently I am getting 5 days advance period. Is this normal? Thank you

My medication abortion took place from 20-28 dec. Next period was 5 days late and came on 24 Jan, on 34th day from the beginning of abortion pill period. But second period after abortion should be on time right? Generally I used to have 28 days cycle.  Next period is supposed on 20 feb. If I count as 28 days from 24 Jan. Does a medication abortion affect 2nd cycle timing? How does it affect it early or late?

I had started taking OCP for the past 21 days and now for the past 2 days have been having spotting. Is this normal? Will I not be having periods like I used to before saying the pill?
