Can a stage 1 ckd patient has low ca + or problem of calcitriol formation although his usg is normal with normal sr. Cr and urea

Protein is 1 + in Urine R/M Diabetic with Hba1c at 6.5 BP at 130/85 Bit Foamy urine since last 2 months No other symptoms Spot urine Microalbum is 109 Spot protein to creatinine urine ratio is 1.9 Reports attached Pls suggest inputs

Recently before 1 month I had a laproscopy of cholethesiasis after that I am quite good well but now I have se symptoms in urine so my doctor advise me urine test in which urine infection is there ,he prescribe me amikacin injection 500 mg twice a day for 10 days,and recommend me to do ultrasound and urine culture test ,is there any serious thing or it is because of laproscopy???

Uric acid 1.8mg/dl and egfr 123 and serum creatinine0.57 whether high gfr and low uric acid  is problem ...?

My father is taking qutipin 25 since September. Is quitipine 25 and qutipin 25 are same medicine? Has its drowsy side effects?

Post cardiac arrest in November, 22,  he had 3 stent implantation and consequently developed dry gangrene in his both toes whose treatment is going on. Now the creatinine level is increased upto 3.42 aa per recent RFT report. Pls suggest what should we do to reduce or is it harmful.

Hello Dr .I am 34 yrs male of 81 kg and 5ft 8inch height.I am facing some problem about urine and back pain for  last one month.There is frequently comes foamy type urine with burning sensation.I feel some pain while urinating.Also I gaining some weight rapidly,about 8 kgs in one year.but I have swelling .Also I have some lower back pain in lower back bone area.what is the reason behind this condition?please suggest some medical treatment. Hello respected Doctors. My aunty was suffering from low appetite, mild fever , weakness from last 1month. He was admitted in hospital. Today i got her ct scan report. Doctor said her right got infection & they prescribed 14 injection for 14 days. I don't know the name of injection. Is there something serious? I attached the report plz reply.
