Hello. My brother's both kidneys are swollen. PFA reports. Can anybody please tell if it's serious or can be cured by medicine?

My dad had stone stuck in ureter 6 months back his creatinine went to 1.9 and gfr was 37 after operation his creatinine was reduced to 1.4 and gfr to 53 now I have concern that he has stones left in kidney and he is also having mild hydronephrosis so this hydronephrosis is increasing creatinine ? Like the creatinine is fluctuating a lot from 1.3 to 1.4 and he is also having diabetes so how to cure hydronephrosis? And it can damage kidneys?

Can i take kidney from outsider and ahich will be suit for me or not and what are the precaution to be observed for healhy life sirvival

I have been fitted fistula in left hand wrist and do not take any kind od oinjection and not measuring bp. only use it in DIAYLOSIS.. Can i do exercise and ride motorcycles. please suggest and give notion tegarding this

My mother has creatinine 7.44 and urea 143. Please assist me the best way she can be recover. Dr asked us to have dialysis but other Dr told us she doesn't need dialysis yet. Please let me know how can we proceed further.

During annual health check process, as per latest test reports of feb,22, my prostate size has been reported to as 46 cc aa against last year (jan,21) report where it was reported 16 cc. Such change is without any apparent clinical symptoms. What does it indicate ? Does it call for any major issue which needs to be addressed ?
