Following correct diet chart, his sugar and BP in control, his electrolyte level is also normal but for past 6 months having loose motion,in green colour,and smells badly, on priscription giveing him C econorm, and T .Unienzeme,it stops for 4 days ,he suffers from constipation, when the medicine is stopped, the loose motion again starts, pls kindly help,he is becoming week,and dull expecting a good advice, 🙏

KFT BUN- 27.15 mg/dl Serum creatinine- 56 mg/dl Serum creatinine- 1.33 Mild fatty liver Bilateral simple renal cysts

CKD PATIENT for past 3 years, strictly in diet , and in control of electrolyte, sugar,and bp, parameters But from 2021 aug he having l,oose motion, green colour and smells badly taking T.UNIENZEME AND C.ECONORM loose stools stops for four to five days,  and starts again after 5 th day Pls kindly help and urgently require the remedy 🙏

Recently I have done KFT and found all the parameters are normal except BUN / CREAT Ratio which is 21.45 Even though BUN is in normal range I.e. 0.70 and CREATE Is also in Normal range

My USG report shows Bilateral raised cortical echogenicity,I have uploaded the report.My Urine ACR report normal(8.96) Urea 24 creatinine 1.11. Am I suffering from CKD plz go through this report and tell me

I had a sudden pain in right side of stomach and i was guided by doctor to go for ultrasound. I have the reports and doctor saud there are small particles of stone and some swelling in kidney due to that. I feel pain regulary after 2-3 days and its not bearable.

Area where Right kidney is, pain due to continuous coughing in night. Is this due to asthma cough? Suggest medications . Should we test kindey or is it normal to have pain that area due to coughing ?
