Foamy urine
I see foam/bubbles when i urinate sometimes it disappears quickly and sometimes it remains on the surface. Dr. Did kft, lft, cbc, lipid profile, urine r/e. My creatinine is 1 mg/dl , Urea 17 and UPCR WAS REPEATED 3 times in 3 months result was .02, .07 and .03. protein in urine r/e shows negative. All reports were normal except ldl was 150. Please suggest what should i do to find the cause.

As you have been investigated thoroughly and the reports are within normal limits, not to worry about the said symptoms. Foam formation, though a sign of proteinuria, it could also be due to detergent over the surface of the urinating area (commode).
Next Steps
Yearly evaluation with RFT, Urine Routine, UPCR is recommended.
