Nephrology

I am 38 year old female. I old routine blood tests once in August and once in November. All other parameters are within range except for serum creatinine and eGFR. It was 1.17 and 59 in August and in November it was 1.1 and 64. Do I need to consult a nephrologist immediately ? What other precautions should I take

My mom Satwant Kaur, age 56 years, has been on dialysis for 4 years. She is experiencing gastric problem and vomited twice , given her tab emset in the afternoon but in the evening she again vomited. Pls guide!

She had fever few days back n we got her urine examination and report says bacteria present, 7-8 pus cells,5-6 epithelial cells It's been 3 days she s taking tab faropenem 200 mg twice daily From yesterday she got low fever again... Oct 31 24 total Urine protein 56 mg Nov 7th 24 hour total urine protein 167 mg Serum creatine 0.8 mg/dl , urea 20 mg/dl I have frequent foam in urine. I have been diagnosied with diabetes 5 months ago with hb1ac 8.8. My recent hb1ac is 6.6. Is my protein loss in my urine is normal???
