I’m currently taking Zolfresh 10 mg and Alprax 0.5 mg for sleep, but they don’t seem effective. What alternative medications or treatments can help me sleep better?

Respected Doctors, Tapering Clonazepam, currently on 0.5 mg. Can I take Dayvigo 5 (Prescribed) maintaining a gap of 2-3 hrs in between the meds. Regards

I am having issues regarding same thoughts coming over and over, anxiety, fear, panic, overthinking. It feels like a mental web of repeating thoughts. My brain is trying to solve randome issues and also I am having problem regarding restlessness.

Hi For some time I have been facing some mental issues: 1. Quality and duration of sleep is not good 2. Mind Fog 3. No proper focus and clarity 4. Not good memory 5. When I talk to someone I couldn't make proper eye contact and my attention is on other body parts. 6. No agility and alertness . 7. Sometimes anxious and uncomfortable to make proper communication 8. No pressure handling 9. Not good digestion 10. Voice modulation 11.sometimes feel depressed 12. Mood swings. Can all these symptoms be due to deficiency of B12 or D3 or any other reason.. Plz solve my issues

Hi My dad is addicted to ciggarates 15+ and is not able to quit and too adamant on same kindly cn some one suggest if any withdrawal medication what needs be done he doesnt want to visit any clinic nd too rigid

Hi Doctors Anxiety - Stress - Anger - Irritation - Cardiophobia- Overthinking - No proper sleep - Work stress- Hyperactive I have faced all these things in my life since Covid to till date. Initially I took medicines like clonazepam, paxidep, Alprazolam etc. Somewhat controlled, but not cured. I'm not living my life. I was not like these characters before Covid , one family in death makes my life miserable. I'm crying everyday, unable to enjoy my life with family especially my son. Working from home & travelling across the world. God has given sufficient money to dress, food & shelter . But not a good life due to all these issues. But I'm positive that one day I will come out of these issues but when? Please help to overcome these issues. I want to live my pre Covid life.

Recently doctor has prescribed me nexito plus for insomnia for one month, during this period shall I take cold and allergy medicine like montair LC ?? Will it create any side effects ??? And nexito plus interact with other medicine ?? Pl advice

Hi I donno y I'm afraid of talking even it's someone's mistake. My neighbour juz thrown old clothes n old mat in my house compound area. I watsapp her voice message no reply. This giv me angry but couldn't show. Y should stare with neighbour nu I'm calm. Y I'm like this. Not only this. Many times I fail to talk even ter is wrong in my side.
