You can definately get these blood tests done and supplement any deficiency. However if the problem lies deeper- this can be assessed only in a professional consultation.

The symptoms you mentioned poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, mood swings, digestion issues, and low focus can happen due to many reasons, including mental stress, anxiety, depression, and also vitamin deficiencies like B12 or D3, or thyroid problems.
It’s a good idea to get some basic tests done:CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, TSH (thyroid), and blood sugar. If reports are normal, these symptoms may be due to stress or anxiety, which can be treated with therapy, lifestyle changes, and sometimes medication.
Please consult a psychiatrist or physician for proper guidance.
Highky unlikely due to vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Consult a psychiatrist and if needed a detailed psychological assessment done and then it can be decided. Do take B12 supplements and Vitamin D 3. The levels would likely normalise but symptoms mostly would persist
The symptoms are likely of depression. Vitamin deficiency have other symptoms like fatigue, body aches, along with some mood disturbances. There needs to be proper evaluation to differentiate both.
Next Steps
Consider consulting a psychiatrist near by and if needed take vitamin medication.
