Hello
Living with anxiety since 2021 must feel exhausting, especially when you’ve already tried medicines and still don’t feel completely cured. Please know that anxiety is not a permanent life sentence it’s a condition that can be managed and improved with the right combination of treatment. Medicines can reduce symptoms, but often they work best when combined with therapy. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), for example, helps you break the thought loops that keep anxiety alive, so you don’t stay stuck even when medicines are not giving full relief.
You don’t have to spend the rest of your life like this. Recovery may not always feel like a straight line, but many people who have struggled for years do get better with therapy, lifestyle changes, and consistent support. The important step is to not give up because anxiety is treatable. You deserve peace of mind and a healthier life.
