Symptoms that you have mentioned are suggestive of anticipatory anxiety regarding exams that's very common among all students
It gives rise to disturbed sleep, lethargicness whole day
There are certain ways to cope with this anticipatory anxiety
*Must follow deep breathing relaxation exercises once a day for 10 to /15 minutes
During anxiety you can do this
*Try to normalise your thoughts of fear, it's common, felt by all, you are not alone, you can write on paper too
*You can discuss with your friends, it provides outlet to relieve
* At last you can take medication for SOS basis zolpidem 5 mg to 10 mg for sleep, it will not cause dependence or habit
If these symptoms persist more than a month you can also plan a consultation, do not worry its common, you can seek help
