I have asked this question earlier but have not got a good solution. I daily get bad dreams. These are not of ghost but regarding myself. I get very tired by studying but these dreams don't allow to sleep peacefully. In fact my brain works even harder in sleep and when I get up in morning I am more tired. Please help!

Fear of heart attack

Hi! Recently i have developed this fear of me getting heart attack. This started 2 yrs back after my dad got heart attack at the age of 59yrs..
