Have inability to relax Feel anxious and stressed out at least 7 hrs a day. I go out for jogging in the morning. Have frequent mood shifts

Try yoga,meditation and pranayama which involves deep and shallow breathing... Consult psychiatrist and have counseling session it will be helpful for you... They may prescribe anti anxiety Medications after assessing your condition. Good luck.
