It might be beneficial to seek support from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who can provide a safe space for you to express and process your emotions without judgment. Talking about your feelings with someone trained to help can be a significant step in coping with guilt, anxiety, and anger. Additionally, consider sharing your thoughts and concerns with a trusted friend or family member for additional support.
