Feeling anxious & guilty after abortion
I am having a 3 Years old baby boy. 4 months back I got unplanned pregnancy and as my first kid was small I aborted it. But post abortion, I am feeling guilty and anxious. I am getting panic attack in the morning. I am unable to face my daily life. The same thing keep on running in my head. I am getting anger. Please please advice what to do? And how to cope with it? Please suggest genuine advice.
