Depression and anxious
We aborted 1 pregnancy 6 months back as it that time my first kid was small and of 2.8 years. Post that I am suffering from depression and anxiety. My wife does not care for the abortion and she is happy in her life. Also all of the family members are relax and not sad at all for abortion. As a father I am the only one suffering from continuous depression since last 6 months. Also, we are trying to conceive now as we are not successful till now, this is giving me more anxiety. Where as my wife is as usual not worry at all for this. What is the reason that I am only taking depression and guilt? Is it some psychotic issue with me? Or this depression is genuine ? Why me only suffering in my family? Please advice something here.

Some people are prone to being depressed more than others which could be for various reasons. Doesn’t mean you should continue to suffer. There is medication and therapy available, which helps. Consult a psychiatrist.
