I, I have a 3 Year old Boy, he hasen't been able to speak as yet or form sentences correctly. He is mostly using sign Language to communicate and is ill tempered. I have shown him to quite a few Child specialist but they haven't been able to pin point the problem yet. Any help and Direction would be great.

Should be ruled out consult paediatrician and ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
