Hi my cousin is 40 years old for past 5 days he has been calling everyone and speaking non stop.He is skipping his meals two.if he meets anyone he keeps on speaking for hours and doesn't even sleep at night. He is becoming aggressive day by day .we r so worried.can you please suggest why is he doing so.can we give him sleeping pill tonight so he can relax
