Burning feeling inskin
My dad is diabetic for more than many yrs. He uses Trika 0.5 daily. He is having issues with sleep from last 2 wks because of stress in business. He is able to get Max 4 or 5 hrs of sleep. And now he is saying that after waking up at 3 or 4 in the morning he is feeling burning sensation all over his body. please advise

When I take a nap in daytime of about 2 hours or so....and then when I get up I feel a headache which lasts for a long time .....I sometimes listen music while sleeping but when I don't listen also sometimes I feel the same headache....

Bad dreams!
I have asked this question earlier but have not got a good solution. I daily get bad dreams. These are not of ghost but regarding myself. I get very tired by studying but these dreams don't allow to sleep peacefully. In fact my brain works even harder in sleep and when I get up in morning I am more tired. Please help!
