Are sudden negative thoughts and fast heart beat a sign of anxiety attack?
It happens to me about 3 / 4 times a day..
i cant control it but just wait for it to pass.
Can a depressing life cause anxiety attacks too?

These days i started shouting on everybody,even on my parents and my girl friend. i don't feel like listening to anybody about anything. sometimes i feel like loving the course am doing right now and sometimes i feel it as a burden. so many such problems. please help me to overcome all of my problems.

I face severe depression, anxiety attacks, panic attacks which ruins my sleep and my all day long, I tend to get all moody and i constantly hold on to things and do not let go of them. Some of them are as small and trivial that i despise myself later on. Sometimes i feel suicidal. There are times i do not even want to move.

My daughter is 3year old n goes to play home since 8 months. Today her teacher told us that she doesn't mingle with strangers, closes her ears for loud music.
