Hello there. I fear a lot during driving.. I also fear that an accident will take place.. That's why I drive too slowly.. How to remove this fear.. Pls advise

Respected Doctor, I am experiencing with the below symptoms. With the below symptoms route me to the right direction of treatment - I feel a kind of slight painless vibration sometimes in my chest area, exactly at the centre - Considering it to be palpitation, it usually starts during 2nd half of the day - This occurs at irregular intervals - In order to rectify this, coughing usually stops the palpitation momentarily - If I sleep for 10 to 12 hrs a day for next 2 to 3 days, there is no such behaviour seen at all for next few days - I have been expriencing this since last 18 months - To rule out any heart disease, I have undergone heart checkup tests last month - ECG, Echo, TMT, Lipid profile and few other blood tests. Local Cardiologist told confirmed that heart is absolutely fine. Thank you, Regards, Jayant

Hello Doctor, I am having this conditions like - anxious avoidant personality, too much of laziness, procrastination, not able to pursue goals, very hard to concentrate on studies.. even I couldn't able to read not even one small book completely and I do not remember what I read, all these days I am remembering topic only visualizing the process and understand the process then only I can remember, but not by reading. I think from 1 year I am getting head ache and fear in chest when I argue or speak loudly with anyone... Please assist how to come out all these problems.. I am 26 suggested imopam 2wice daily and diagnosed with depression and I am taking madicine but Iam continuous suffering from mood swings and which creates problem at my in laws house. And what ever I am intaking it getting Vomit continuous. No medicine effect and is this vomit due to depression . Plz suggest

Hi, I'm an engineer and I work in an IT industries in night shift for a period of 3months. Now a days I have lost my appetite and consume food for only one time a day,also I have severe mood swing that I can feel and suicidal thoughts come to me when I'm alone. I sleep around 10-12 hours a day and still feel sleepy and lost interest in my work...what's happening to me.. Am I getting some mental disorder... I used to have storks when I was little and came out off it,will this disorder again cause me stroke?

My sister is suffering from strange illness which she got after returned from United States last year and we are unable to find the cause and reason behind her illness. She is talking imaginary things like some people are chasing her and her daughter and they are even hatch some conspiracy to kill her both. She has behaved very differently with mother, father and me ( brother ) and not expected such selfish, rude and angry talking from her. We have consulted very good doctor and get her medications and after 2 months of medications she turn to be normal and stable. After 2 months she has stopped taking her medications without telling the family and now the same problem persists again. Now the problem is that she is not ready to consult a doctor and even the medicines and any kind of treatment. So we want to know how we can pursue her to go to doctor and take medicines and if she will not be ready to go to doctor .... what other means or ways we can use to get her treated.
