WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 1.3 YRS.Husband is working abroad and i am working in India.Had an arranged marriage.Marriage was not consummated because husband has some fears that he fails to explain..on friendly terms but he panics at any talks abt intimacy..i visited him right after marriage but again there was weird behaviour on his part and no physical or emotional intimacy..very friendly & supportive when at distance but balks everytime there is talk of a future together..after realizing there is something wrong,tried the friendly way..seemed to be working and he opened up and started talking abt a life together but as soon as my flight was booked for visiting him,he again had a panic attack and said that he doesnt want the marriage as he now wants to live alone and is comfortable staying alone and that will not be able to do justice to our relationship.Once we strt discussing he again calms down..we need to know the real reason behind this panic?is it physical or mental??

Not able to concentrate on the job study etc. Poor memory. No social circle. Thinking too much even for irrelevant things.

His memory is not good according to his age. I tell him a sentence so many times but can't write down that. He learn verbally but written work is not done. He feels fear when he talks to someone. Please suggest me something. I am so worried about his future. Please please please do something.

I have anxity from my childhood, some time i feel dizziness, i feel depressed then i visit a neurologist. He suggest me betacap tr 40 and amixide h, and some blood test and mri of brain.blood test are normal nothing wrong in it mri report is: prominent lacunes in left basal ganglia extending to internal capsule possibly sequelae of ischaemia. Then doctor prescribe me clopitab 75 for three month, in the main time i thought i have some serious problem i can not be proper like before so my depression increased and some uneasy feeling in my brain and mind also so after 4week doctor prescribe me zaptra 12.5 instead off amixide h, then after 3 month clopitab its taken off by doctor, now i m taken only betacap and zaptra 12.5. So my medicine are betacap tr 40 7month running amixide h 2.5month zaptra 12.5 for 4.5month running, and clopitab 3month. But after taking zaptra i feel some problem like concentration, confusion, short term memory problem, how to be i proper like before. please doctor

Hi, i got angry very fast. And specially on my 8 year son. He does not want to have food. So that is the maun reason for my anger. But becoz of my anger he also become very rude and it is effecting on his health.

My sister is 25 yrs and she was in a relationship with 23 yrs old guy who was her classmate. They were together from last 3 years nd then my sister comes to know that the guy is engaged to someone else. When we got to know this..the guy explained that he loves her nd not her fiancee and didn't tell her the truth as she wud have been hurt... she is very angry on that guy and also she tried breaking up but again started contacting him herself as she now says she can't forget him ... that she loved him... nd now she wants to het married to him... in last 3 months they have both been fighting and the guy even hit her in front of people on road and recently she also did hit him... this is wat is going on I need some guidance and help counselling for her as me and my parents tried explaining her to move on but she is just not able to do so ..We all are scared now as she is asking to stay with that guy nd is ready even to get married. she is ready to end her life she says.. we r helpless :(

Hi, i am chitra i am feeling as if i am going under severe depression. tears comes out form my right eye any moment. i am taking sleeping pills form ayurvedic doctor. i am feeling very empty in my life. no motive nothing to live. i tried very hard to overcome my problems in life, i went out with my friend's, watched movies, read books, took spiritual sessions. i was ok for 3 months , now again nothing is working out. i feel like dieing. i dont want to. please help.

Dear Doctor! From last few month I am feeling laziness and sleeping all the time, little shortness of breath. I was undergoing the treatment and all deficiency like VitD, VitB12, Sugar, TMT & Thyroid all report are normal now (there was deficiency of VitD & VitB12 with allergy) doctor has advised now to take Tryptomer10 every night for 2 month. I want to know that it is okay to go with Antidepressant Medicine, suppose if I will be addicted to the medicine what will happen??? Also, I know that if you are in depression you should do the treatment but also I know few people that they are addicted to Antidepressant Medicine, seriously they can't live without Antidepressant Medicine now. Very confused please guide me. My age 30years, weight 74Kgs, height 5.7, nature of job Sales & Marketing. Looking forward for best guidance.
