I am not able sleep at night .the thoughts are constantly running in my mind. I have tried various breathing techniques but all these failed before me.

I have headache sometimes feel pukish and pain goes till shoulder. I cannot sleep at night because of pain. There were numerous things running into my head, sometimes I feel it is because of me and my husband living at different locations because of work. I always feel bad when we had a conversation related to small things that I expect from him. He says that I should visit a doctor I have some serious psychic issues. Please help me understand and let me know if you need to talk to me and require more details

I've been addicted to weed for about 3 years.. I want to get rid of my addiction but fail and i stay very depressed because of my addiction. Can i be treated so i can get out of this life. Thank you.
