Hello dear, What you are experiencing is stress induced depression. I am sure that you have recently been through some personal stress that has made you tense and is apparent in your sleep and mood disturbances. The ray of hope in this situation is that depression is completely treatable and that too with multiple choices. Hence, pls don't hesitate and go ahead and meet a psychiatrist at the earliest.
