I have a sleeping problem i can't sleep constantly..
I wake up somehow in every 30-40 minutes even no disturbance is there.. i keep overthinking about anything.. need sleeping pills

Once anxiety decreases your sleep will improve.

Overthinking and sleep disturbance is usually a symptoms of stress/anxiety disorders/ depression
Treating the cause can improve your sleep.
Just having a sleeping pill as the only treament will not help much
Try to follow rules of " Sleep Hygiene" ( available on Google)
