My mother is going through psychotic illness and she has been treating for 20 years , she had ECT also , So now the symptoms She dont have any video hallucinations She has audio hallucination ( someone is saying that her relative has died like this ) As far as delusion concern , she has a strong belief that in news channel anchor will give our family lots of money ,so she used to see news channels , and she dont hear anything from news anchor but she feels like we are listening that anchor will give us money ,uff So basically she only feels , & She also think that we can see god krishna , and she can only feel her presence but cant see him ( it is like a shadow or feeling only ) She can see duplicate photos , like she can see anyone's photo from anywhere ,( she feels that there is another same person standing like a photo ) But again no video hallucination , so mostly delusion,she is taking sodium vaproate 500 mg, lithium carbonate, risperidone & trihexyphendyl

I am in love and have married my cousin brother discreetly..its been 5 yrs of togetherness n v r very much in love.. advice me.. is this totally wrong.. It doesn't feel wrong to me apart from hiding from my parents n cheating them.. but v in love.. v feel contented with each other.. tell me Wat shud v do.. how to explain to family..

She is in depression and doing mentally nonsense activities.. Some time violent on others...demanding marriage as soon as possible etc.

Can it be possible to diagnose the psychological state of a person in just one sitting with the psychiatrist? At least an idea of what the person is going through?

I have become inpatient for everything I will get anger soon I can't look after my baby also properly how to come out of this

For past 2 year things are not going great..whatever i do i flunk and end up being a failure,inspite of full mind and effort..now that each thing don't happen,i tend to loose myself confidence,enthusiasm and mainly belief to suceed...how much ever i listen to motivating videos and quotes i still feel inferior...any way to develop self belief(i can do it) kind of thing within me?

My son is 4 years old and still he can't speak and does not understand the speech when I talk to him . he is silence all time I took him to doctors and I did blood test attached please have look .I do wanna understand his case is it down disease or something else he face looks normal not like other down baby disease.

I feel extremely weak from the inside and have frequent headaches. The sickness and weakness makes me feel tired all the time. I don't know why. Also, I've been diagnosed with stress and the initial stage of depression in the past 2 years.

I think a lot and when something doesn't happen according to my plan I feel lost. Can cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) help me out or can I normal these things with strong determination on your own? Hii.. . I think I'm going through too much depression & mental prblm and most of the time I want to die even I tried 2/3 times ..do I need anything to avoid this type of thoughts please help me
