I have been on anti depressants for a year now, it's working fine but I feel fatigue in my hands and legs, like I want to go to the gym but I just feel fatigue like I know I can push myself but I just don't want to. Any supplements that could help?

I feel sad and fatigued all time. Am I under depression? Is there any way of self diagnosis? Also I am not able to control my sleep despite all my efforts.

She is not ready to take the treatment also so need to do the force treatment. She is the hallucination person & has been doing continuously talking without any reason

He is every early morning vomiting & high power dipretion, Nigetive thinking , philings take the alcohol.

Hello sir/madam, I am in full depression one month onwards. I working at bank as cashier. I unable also to express what was going in my mind.full thinking thinking that to regarding who r us? What is this life? Who am I? Headche also.my thinking fluctuates. Sometimes i suddenly come to my normal mind but one minute like that only. I can feel that difference. By reading some inspiring positive articles I can energies my self sometimes. But it's stay only limited time. again same thoughts I not at all belongs to this environment. Even though I recover my self from depression sometimes at past. It's hard to me now to recover.please help me how to recover myself from this mind and get in to normal permanently.For me no other problems also. I have kid also 3 years. Unable to take care of him. I unable to share this any body.plz plz plz help me...

He is not taking food which was made by my big brother wife ,does not want to take bath.qnd take too much time for complete his regular work means tooth brush and always wondering inside the room and he can't speak frequently

Been on anti-deps for over a decade, and they made me feel good. But without addressing underlying issues (family, relationships, preferences and lifestyle), it went into a full-blown medicine-based treatment. At one point been on 80mg Fluoexetine, 100mg Desven, and now slowly weaned off them all. I still need a little help but I refuse to go back the old way of medicines. Maybe moderate, maybe short term, but I sure don't want to hear someone saying lifetime of medicine cause that's a lie!

I have been suffering a problem of pulsating headache from last 7,8 days . Its a kind of nerve pain . It was a dull pain but from last 2 days , the intensity of pain increases . The pain location is not fixed. Firstly it was in left part of the head nd then right . Today , there was neck pain too .
