I am in a strange state of mind, I feel humiliated at small things, I am always carrying a feeling that I am the most superior one and I always wants DOMINATE everyone. I am always thinking about future like what if something goes wrong etc,. Please help me I have lost my mental peace. Thanks you.

Hi. Am a house wife it's been 3 years for my marriage. My husband loves me a lot and takes care of me very well. I don't know if I do take care of him that much. My problem is I always doubt on him. Keep thinking of him always like what he is doing with whom is he chatting and all. Am not relaxing my self am so possessive on him don't want anyone to be close with him. He is very genuine. He is not a character of a that kind(like cheater or anything). When ever I doubt on him I ask him directly but he politely listens to me and say I have to take the doubt of my mind there us nothing to doubt him. And now he tells if I keep him doubting all the time he might do anything wrong. I don't no what I have to do. Why am I doing like this. I want to relax my self. Don't want to think about him always and give a mental pressure to him. He is already busy with his business and I don't want to tourcher him a lot. Please give me solution what should I do and what should I do to not doubt on him.

Emotionally blocked...i am not straight and no body knows it.. It's eating me inside day by day......

Hi, I m facing 1 problem. Everyone is making me a fool everyday. I Cannot come to you. Could you please listen my problem on phone and tell what is happening in my life.. what iam experiencing is true or false. This is happening since 4 and 1/2years. My family members are not believing me but they are in part of the game im facing. No one is helping Every situation im facing is happening twice and sometimes thrice or more and that invisible person is saying untill I understand that he exist he will continue doing. I said I understud that he exist and stop doing all these. He is saying me to tell my parents that I love him. But he wont come. And when I called him he is saying he donot love me. But giving hints that what ever he is speaking invisibly and putting me in doubt. If I call him again to ask about that hint he gave me to confirm whether its he or not he wont pick up the call. And continue torture untill I call him again or I say my parents that I love him.Please help me.

He is suffering from dipression since last 1 years and need to diagnose asap. Our arrange marriage has happened last year and I am able to find some of her issues- 1. No Relationship understanding 2. He thought he is superior tha me, I belong from village and my English is not so good...I am a educated girl and before marriage I live in metro city But he is saying you are not working. ...you don't know how to speak english 3. Negative thoughts 4. We have a 1 son 5. Weak decision power 6. Most of the time we didn't talk to each other 7. He hate my family because they are less educated comparison of his family 8. he has an attachment with his mom 9. Obsession 10.my mom skin color is dark...so he have a problem with this thing also 11. He is always saying you people are villagers...I hate villagers. I am having anxiety issues. Due to which I am not able to sleep in night. On regular basis in duration of 1-2 weeks I have this issue.

My mother couldn't belive my father, she all time thought my father always doing wrong,she always follow him & tourcher him and thought something he doing wrong, also thought all person of of our area help him to doing Wrong. Her thought is always kalpanik it couldn't possible to happen.
