I have been suffering from stress due to which headach issue arise and also issue in sleeping and affraid from night

Since my early school days I've always had an Inferiority complex. Well, that's my personal analysis through. At first I never believed it but overtime, I've realised and accepted the fact. I just wanted to know who would be the best psychologist I could talk to, to find out the solution to my problem. Not too expensive though. :p

I get sad very easily. I m under too much stress. I have anxiety and sometimes i think that i might become depressed. I dont want to take medicine by going to a psychologist. Is there any other way to rectify this problem?

My grandmom age approx 70 years , she was fine 2 year before but now she can't speak clearly, she doesn't got any stroke or any other problems, what should we do for her.

I am having regular mood swings and problem of extreme low feelings. I suddenly start feeling very irritated and start crying anytime. I have an on and off relationship and I am unable to get out of it. I feel left out even in a group of people. I always feel sad. I have tried alot to cheer myself up but I am unable to act normal.

Sir, My head aches when I travel for a long time Or when I work hard. Was it a sign of any danger. And what can I do to cure it.

My friend is suffering from depression as I see all the symptoms of depression like he always feels like failure,don't have interest in doing any work,talk about death. The main problem is that I cannot tell him about this. But want to help him to overcome it.

I am 31yrs old, female. Most of the time my FBSL are normal but my postprandial glucose level is less than FBSL. My thyroids are normal. Sometimes immediately after having food (i,e. after 10-15min), i start getting pulling effect in my face especially both the jaws, accompanied by palpitation & uneasyness. I cant understand what excatly is the cause of this, but i feel discomfort when this happens(I really cannot explain what exactly happens to me). Please suggest something or as to whom to consult. Some general physicians say that it might be due to anxiety. Plz suggest as to what should i do.

I had a break up with my girl due to family problems. I dont want the parents to feel the pain if i go out and do marriage. I tried getting their permission. But it got failed. Its been 3 years... Now my parents are seeing alliance and i am always telling no interest. I have also stopped talking with the girl ... Very Rarely occasional texts to just check how she is ... I have got no interest in my personal life.. Just spending time with my friends is temporary solution. But how long will friends come once they got married. Feeling depressed both in heart and couldn't take proper decision. Friends suggesting atleast make your parents happy by marrying the girl they chose. But couldnot overcome the pain and still thinking about old memories.. please advise..

Dear sir, I am 35 years old Male. Few days ago I faced a huge loss in my business.So that I am very depressed. Now I cannot control my thoughts and mind. My mind think what I don't like and all about negative thoughts like porno and death. Some time I became so uncontrolled that I want to kill myself. Please give me solution to recover from it.
