Do think that you are comparing with others!???? Or,  Do not know  what I wanted to become in the next five years!!!!! I fee,  you are in need of some clarity.

Difficulty in concentration and setting goals can be due to increased anxiety levels, however I would like to ask you a few questions. Since when has this been happening? Any change in hunger or sleep? Any change in interest in interacting with people or any mood swings? I need to ask a few more questions before suggesting anything. But this is for your sure that you must consult a Psychologist for a detailed session to reach to a diagnosis. Whatever it is once we reach at a diagnosis we can definitely sort it out.
