I feel sad and exhausted all day. Can't focus on anything. Keep postponing all tasks. Feel like crying often. I have a failed career and marriage. Also, been through a miscarriage due to abuse by husband and in laws that later resulted in divorce. Is there any permanent and herbal treatment for this? I was a bright student but due to mental health issues couldn't do well in career. I took treatment thrice but due to recurring traumatic events in my life I never healed completely. I suffer from poor concentration and feel lethargic all day. I make plans but unable to work on those. Had bipolarity issues as well. I am unable to cope with the fact that I have been divorced. I was subjected to unexplainable and unbearable abuse at the hands of husband and in laws after which I started getting suicidal thoughts and then I opted for a divorce. Its been 3 years since I am out of that abusive relationship but I am not able to imagine a happy future. Have lost all hope & willingness to live.
