I think it has been 3 months since i have been very disturbed in my mind.. always forgetting simpe things like new friends name in my class, forgetting to put my books in order, placing my toothbrush in stand... Simple things.. And sometimes also i cant sleep at night.. just like an insomniac.. i think in december i stayed awake 3 days streight.. though i slept a little at 5am.. And also i feel like some times a song old or new its constantly ringing in my brain.. i cant say when but its nt always.. no matter when.. may i be sad or happy its ringing in my head... i dont knowww its ok or not but i just want it stop but i couldnt.. i think i am going mad.. So please help!!!!

Well one thing is for sure...there is something which is bugging you a lot...nd you have not shared it out also....you seriously need to hare it out with your close family members or your close friends... Because there is something which you are thinking continuously and that's really taking a toll on you...you can as well talk to a counsellor and take help to relieve your condition
