Depression. Feel empty. Appetite issues. Feeling worthless. I am not finding success. Feel like lufe is difficult

I've had problems since my childhoos, i lost my childhood and i never lived as a child. i've been tourtured, troubled, hurt broken. i am in depression since last three years but i didn't know it. when i cry i literally feel broke. i have many problems but i don't think anybody would understand.

I feel worthless I spent my childhood watching my mother and father fight. There was blood and fear. They tried to kill each other alot of times. 3 years ago my father left us. also in my childhood my sister used to say she's a ghost and as i was a child i was in fear for 5 years and she continued the act. she used to come at me with a knife .. for her it was a joke she was a kid as well. since then i fear the big eyes. later when my father left us i was shifted to my grand parents and my nanu molested me. i am in depression since 5 years i guess and i just discovered few days back. everything in my life just falls apart. from everywhere its just disappointment. i sleep alot and i wish never to wake up. i hate talking and sharing. as if anybody would understand anyway. my problems may seem smaller to others but i am way to emotional and i crave love. i need help.

Feeling low n disturbed myself n want to discuss to view life in view... not feeling good...some times don' t want to live. .

After how long does omega 3 work for anxiety and ocd and does it have any side effects like hallucinations?

I am always feeling low and lonely.I am always sad,tired,and feel that i am not well.I am tensed and have a fear of something unknown and carry ultranegativity.Have lost weight memory and confidence.I am very tensed for my children.I think everyone will leave me alone i do not have good relations with my wife,she does not like me much bcoz of some past issues.She does not like my family n i am not able to accept this.I want my family as well as her.I know they are not as good but i can not leave my blood relations so easily.I try to do things but am tired really fast and then not able to do it.I do not feel good.I have taken thousands of scors of medicines from everywhere but fail to find the root cause feel very helpless.Never spend money on myself not even for basic requirements of a man,do not eat anything,no expenses etc..I do not get sleep earlier thus fail to wake up early!!Do not feel to work.Always tired and lazy,stomach problems really need help plz.....

My brother was studying well in his school days but when he entered into his intermediate there are lots of changes in his behaviour which we couldn't find out his actual mind set and intention. Even he is not studying well failed in his examinations too.sir could you please tell the reasons for his change in his attitude? ...

Since childhood I had depression and anxiety.No interest in anything; suicidal thoughts;unable to study or do any work. I TRIED different medicine like fludac; fluvoxime:oleanz plus; propanol: alprax; clonezepam.Now tried methmild which makes me feel better.Is there any other such medicine n is what depression I have?

Heaviness in head forehead pain when I'm not working neck pain and weakness tremers in neck sometime but also in hand ,sometimes it shows shortness of breath sudden afraid and when too much negative thoughts coming and rise heartbeat

Daily I sleep well for10 hours in the night. In spite of that I fell sleepy all day. Even in the office I always fall asleep. It's been very difficult for me to control my sleep during the day time. It's really effecting my concentration and focus in my work. Please suggest some medication for the same. I heard about Modalert which usually helps in combating such situation. Does it will cure my problem. Please suggest.
