Emptiness , anger problem , can't control emotion ,afraid to be in croud , social awkwardness,lonliness,gaining weight

I've been having a headach since 2 days continously Yesterday i was unable to sleep due to pain. The pain is so high and also i have migraine problem.

Is there any good counselling centres in Delhi ncr for counselling of patients of panic attacks, anxiety, depression and suicidal tendencies. Kindly help is needed

I use to suffer from depression really bad, I was sucidial and self-harmed but I was never on any antidepressants. I got referred to CAMS but never went. And I can feel myself slipping back into old habits, I'm always feeling depressed and it's starting to affect my work and daily routines now. I want to seek help and hopefully get antidepressants prescribed to me.

I am very depressed with life and i felt angry very much all the time . i was not good in study in my school . i failed in 10th then again passing 12th was very difficult but somehow i manage . i was very good i choregraphy and even got chance for abroad but family didnt allow me coz of safety issue there in dubai . got married to a guy who earlier said that iam in govt job but later realised that he was not in job and didnt had any source of income . my family my dad brother continuosly helped me in my living , now i have a baby girl and she is beautiful and now 15 months old . we are trying to get my husband settel down for jobs but as of now we are unable to do so , i feel bad that my parents and brothers need to help me out for our living still .

I've been taking half of a 0.25 mg pill of xanax everyday for less than two weeks for anxiety. I know it's a low dosage but is it safe for me to stop taking it completely?

If anyone will not gives respect means I am always thinking about that only,,, my husband will not take care about that,,he often stating this is right time to ask..., but I am thinking every second that issue only,, I torture my husband for this,, but even am not convinced,, if anyone will not give any respect to my husband means I scold that person suddenly,,but my husband will not do that for me,, pls docter I am barely gets disturbed for this issue.. I fear many things in my life. At tines I also get panic attach. Mouth becomes dry and my hands and legs starts shaking when I am in hot discussion with Sone one or I am facing any interview. I feel like all energy has drained when I get panic attack.
