I am unmarried girl. I want to focus on my work. But in my office I was in affair with one guy . Now we are not together. Because of that I can't able to focus on my work. His place is near my place. He will comment always on me. How I can be myself.

I am in a relationship since 7 years and things have always been messed up. I am losing myself totally. I can understand i am going into depression. I dont wanna lose. I just want to give another try before losing myself and ending up doing something bad.

I have problem of suddenly angerness and Strange behaviour . I also punished my child . I have no control of my language and my self . I feel very irritated that time and I broke any thing that time . After all this I feel bad for all that what ever I did .

I am 35yrs old female I have been married for 11yrs and in a relationship of 20yrs my husband keep travelling and I have noticed too many affairs which he keep hiding from me when I come to know each time he never admits and instead he abuses me physical and verbal each year he has some new things and upon that he say that I am too suspicious

I am constantly broken down from past two years. Earlier it was happened in fifteen days but now it happens so frequently. I countinously get angry over trivial issues, hate being with people, fight with them and after fighting feel bad about the thing I did. apart from that lack of sleep, feel irritated all the time, procrastinate my work too.

I don't feel like sleeping and there are days when I sleep for more than a day. I also am suffering through a very bad temper. I feel like sitting home and crying for hours without any reason.
