Sir i have suffered from increased heart rate and 140/90 bp i consulted an cardiology he said that it was an anxiety he have given medicines to reduce problem now i am ok but i feel some times uncomfortable and always fearing .i cannot understand what is my problem please Sir suggest me anything.

For the past one month, I have been suffering as if I am alone here. I try to sleep a lot to escape from the reality. My appetite is hugely reduced. Feels sad every time. No concentration and interest in anything

It's been a month since i'm suffering from anxiety. A month back i had a break up with my boyfriend. Moreover, i was sufferingfrom stomach infection. Stomach infection was cured but i stress out very often . When i am at home, i don't get scared of food but, when i return to my college i don't feel like eating foodat all which causes acidity & hair

Major trouble in triggering the sleep . Watch TV for long hours thinking it would help but now it doesn't. I rarely have a sound sleep. I have had enough antidepressants, sleeping pills , neuromuscular relaxants , but nothing helps. I get up early and don't sleep till late. I hardly sleep for two hours a day.

I hAv been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder...in 2014...I'm on meds since den...I dunno what r it's symptoms...but I'm suffering a lot...since childhood I hAv been beaten threatened commanded by my mom dad...and after marriage by husband....but it can't be true I feel after I was diagnosed....now in everyday it happens dat I feel threatened.

I feel like my head is going to explode, i get dizzy, get nausea, feel like ripping my head of to relieve this ******* suffering, ive been feeling like this for weeks maybe months now, i have blood test, stool test, and urine test done and they all came back fine, only thing was low vitamen D which im taking weekly supliments for now
