Which medicines should i take?

I am taking olmetrack 20 for high blood pressure . I am also suffering from panic disorder so that my cardiologist prescribed pinom 10 , propranolol 40, Mirtex 15 , nexito 10. But my psychiatrist prescribed nexito LS , Benfomet plus and olmetrack 20. So what medicines should I take?
