Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern. I understand that you are experiencing anxiety attacks, which are contributing to a sense of heaviness and fluctuations in your blood pressure. I strongly recommend consulting a clinical psychologist who can take into account your full psychological and medical history. They can support you in managing anxiety more effectively and help you work toward emotional resilience and empowerment. In the meantime, consider incorporating calming practices such as deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and progressive muscle relaxation into your daily routine. These techniques can help regulate your body’s stress response. Also, aim to maintain a nutritious diet, engage in light physical activity as tolerated, and prioritize restorative sleep.
