Blood pressure
My systolic blood pressure is continuously around 95 and diastolic bp is around 45 to 55, I am not able to concentrate properly and it creates situation of panic and headache... Kindly suggest some cure for this problem.

BP for your age is low. You will need further assessment including your built, stature, family history, any underlying medical issues and if necessary visit to a nearby doctor to get the BP measured accurately. Home machines can sometimes be faulty. other symptoms can be effective treated after all the above assessments.
