Sleep disorder seen in my mother
I have been noticing that my mother aged 63 years off lately has been experiencing disturbed sleep pattern which usually is manifested as shouting, shreiking , unexplainable violent body movements.She had a fall from the bed too a couple of weeks back .Intially i assumed you to be due to lack of mental peace and family problems.

I have had a breakup and I am not able to come out of it. I cannot take my mind off it. I am not able to talk to anyone and I always feel depressed. I am getting angry on little things. Burning sensation in head & depression
