Need an evaluation to figure out the problem, behavior has been unusual and moody, need initial consultation.

Every month while nearing tp periods i feel utter depressed or sad, and keep on thinking about my relation ship and feel lack of love as i expect.Is this any kind of desease, i am unable to concentrate on work, and these days i do not speak much to others otherwise i speak a lot.I feel very sad inside.

So i always had problem with office politics which is why i changed my job and started with a startup. It had a small team then now more people are joining and some of them have started to play politics. i get depressed as it has consumed the whole office and i started a business with a friend which i recently found out is a fraud so lost money

Can we take Ashwagnadha and Brahmi as daily life supplements?I work with MNC, dont have much of problem but sometimes i feel stressed out and lack of energy.Please advise.
