I was jouveal,naturally so bold to speak to anyone before my marriage but after my marriage I went to USA . I always surrounded by my family member or friends I'm so talktive but after .marriage I was alone in home watching lot of thriller serials I don't know becoz, of that now I'm disturbed now I came back to India after 1&half years now .

Actually my problem is I can't maintain eye contact with my family members like my father n other strangers or my male teacher I think I will look so much creepy n intense.. its not that I have an anxiety.. I jus avoid to talk to them alone.. coz I thnk I look so creepy when I see them.. also I can't feel there talks.. I do not rply with emotions.

Experiencing since childhood. Now I am 36 yrs old and problem became worst. Inspite of all necessery skills, I am helpless and uncomfortable all the time.

Since a month the problem of indigestion, mood swing, anxiety, frustration has increased, morning tiredness is new.. Sometimes sleep is too much sometime no sleep.. I eat too much.. & has gained alot of weight

I am hyper tensioned person, whenever I try new things I will get fear,so that my work is not successful. i don't even know how to ride bike because of fear & tensions I want to be successful in my life .But my mind is very strong.i have several phobias.whom should I consult whether pschologist or psychiatrist.

Constant Left lower abdominal pain. Constant headache. Constant hard cough. Sleeplessness. History of IRRITABLE BOWEL syndrome. All problems are nearly 7-8 years old.

I've had some incidents in the recent past which keeps haunting me in my mind and I just want to get over it somehow but I can't talk to anyone about this because of the difficult situation I am in, I am in a state of depression I need help please respond.

I'm really not normal from the last two months i feel like everything get bored i also have fear to talk with my girlfriend my mind always thinking about her but mind thinks in negative way.mind says break up with her but i really don't want to lose her.now a days i avoiding her for no reason .is it anxiety or what??

I want's to verify that my girlfriend is cheating with me or not. We are in relasionship since 7 years . But now she is lie me each and every time ........please help me to save my relasionship

My wife is very good from heart but she is often very negative and depressed because of not getting selected in govt. Exams. She always point out negative things in other people and then fights with me. She is also very moody I can't judge when she starts crying. I need some homeopathic medication for her.
