Regarding inositol and ocd
I was diagnosed with ocd 6 years back (but it was there from childhood) and have been on medication (fluvoxamine) on and off. Currently I'm not taking any SSRI' s. I know that ocd people have symptom of always trying to find new medication or cure so recently I red in an article that inositol can alleviate ocd symptoms so i bought supplement of it and taking it daily 3 times a day of 1gm, in 3 weeks i felt its working so my question is can I take it for a lifetime ? If it so then how much quantity I should take it ?

Sudden aggression.
Hi , I am talking about my mother. 8 months back we lost our father.
Last night , on a argument with my brother , she started throwing things at us , crying like a kid with legs in the air. Wasn't herself anymore. She was picking up things which could actually harm her, like dumbles. Her face was flushing red , eyes out
