Suffering frms said mental problem for last 34 yrs and receivibg treatment foe the same from Jan2000

I have terrible moods swings and can go from happy and hyper to incredibly irritable, i often feel worthless and have suicidal thoughts and i have no motivation / low energy and my concentration levels have greatly decreased.

Hi I am speaking on behalf of my brother. He came home yesterday acting very weirdly. He spoke to my mom saying he is in trouble and got scared and wanted help. Ever since then hes been shouting and screaming and we dont know what to do. He didnt mention that he did smoke weed but I believe there may have been something else contained inside it.

I am sometimes very happy and suddenly I imagine or think something and then I get a burst of wild extreme negative thoughts and then it doesn't go away easily..... And also please give me some suggestion as I am topper ,but i never get mood of studying or writing....please help me for getting positive life.

My wife get easily angered and think more negativly and also has  inferiority complex..pls help in overcome these areas..because of this our family life got bit disturbed..

My child has not developed definite speech yet , does not understand/ follows instructions, does not have any social interaction with fellow children/ adults. Is undergoing speech therapy since past 2 years but still can't make proper sentences.

I had typhoid which i recovered ,but now i have mild headache and 100 fever after 25 days of typhoid

I have blank mind abusive childhood headache ocd stuck feeling...numbness in head very quickly i start avoiding people

I am harming myself, cant eat, sleep. i need help before i die, i cant live like this. head seems like its numb and there is blurry visions when i have attacks where i cant even recognize my own hands
