Not able to sleep for about 8 years till 1 am at night daily leading to guidinesss. .headache. .confusion's. .angry but all vitals normal..BP and sugarnormal

My Mother is having Generalised anxiety disorder since almost 8 months and it is increasing day by day. She is refusing to take any medication or see any doctor

Constant urge to cry, overtly sensitive over small things, feelings of loneliness, loss of appetite are some of the things that I feel on a daily basis

How to tackle thoughts I cant handle my thoughts pain I have kept every thing in my mind many questions how to come out of this. Fear of death, fear of losing love. I have no idea Wat to do

My younger brother is suffering mental depress since four year. Now, he is behaving like a animals. Earlier some days he break my mother's leg and fathers hand and sisters leg.

I have been shifted to another city in 2009 but my work was still in that city. I was unable to start my setup here so i have to go there and come back every week. So whenever im at home i get verry irritated. I stared imagining things...like my wife is having an affair. May son is not studying. Imalso not able to work. My business is not running.

Restlessness: I had a breakup almost 6 months back, but still I am not able to recover from that. We work in same ofc n I see him quite frequently. I cry very frntly n although I realize that may be what has happened is for the good but not able to accept this fact. While I m still suffering to move on, he has moved on within a week time. Hi sir , we are unable to understand what exactly is happening with her & why she is behaving like this we did session of counselling, given treatment from psychiatric so she had given sleeping pills but that not worked we trying from last 8 yrs she is our elder sister, she got divorce in 2010 after that it got worst before that also the treatment

My problem is my ex boyfriend actually we live together approx 11 month but he cheat me because he dumb me only because of another girl but still i love him but i don't no what do i do m totally confuse but now i dated another boy and he is ger cousin brother but still m not that much comfortable with him bec i love my ex now am tensed
