My father is 58 years old and since last couple of months he is having constant palpitation. ECG, blood pressure,MIR and other tests are all normal. He is having limited conversation with people which is totally opposite to his nature and complaints about weakness.

I had anxiety issues 2 3 years ago but since a mnth I'm having anxieties again. At some places I feel more or continuously anxious like exams or when I visit home. Tomorrow I hav to go home again for 4 days & it's kind of scaring me this time. If anything happns there, a big issue wud be created by family which I don't want. Want 2 somehow avoid it

Unknwgly I'll walk in sleep I'll cry open door n go out so becoz of this my roomates are getting problem I'm very much distrubed

My Brother is taking zapiz 0.25 half tablet for the above issue since 3 years. when he stopped talking it above issue recurred. Doctors told us that it is very small dose and it actually doesn't work at all. All is in his mind. Instead of zapiz 0.25 half tablet, placebo's will also work. Is this valid?
