Hello, I am suffering from ocd for last 12 years,my age is 32 now.two years back doctor prescribed me gouda 20mg for six months I felt good results after stopping fludac again ocd is increased,now my doctor prescribed me sertima 100mg,riscon 1mg valprol cr 500mg. For a duration of one month.is the prescription is good for long term ocd sufferer?

How to overcome break up after 7 years of togetherness. How to stop uncontrollable crying, even after antipsychotic n antidepressants. Very tough. No one to talk to. Myself ended things as things were not going positive and hurting both of us. Too much love from my side. Unsure of his feelings now.
