Im 33yrs old & mother of 2 kids. I hv sleeping disorder from past 10yrs.i can't sleep at a stretch for, 6-7 hrs. I Wake up every hour n Check the time. Due to this I feel lazy n low. Disinterested in life & mood swings,stress, depressed n irritable with my dear ones. I need to get good sleep n feel socially active. Plz advice

Extremely nauseous, very fast heart beat, vomiting tendency, insomnia Over stressed due to my upcoming result as my whole career depends on that. And the place when I am presently working literally sucks.

Lack of concentration and attention deficiency is bothering me from childhood, may be from when i was 11 year old. I cannot do what i think, especially studies. Mind diverts somewhere and becomes lazy.

I'm 25, male, have no known allergies. I've been depressed from past few months. As a result, I'm unable to focus on studies and don't sleep easily during night. Don't feel motivated to work for my goals. I got to know I need to increase Dopamine in my body. Could you please prescribe any supplements for it? (Like Tyrosine, and how much should I consume). Can't sleep in nights, very bad thoughts are coming, i loved her too much but she dumped me , now she is behaving like a slut, now she is with other guy , but am in dipression

A constant headache(mild not severe) from 2 years.feel weak,stress.i did mastrubation for a long 2 to 3 times a month from 14 age.but now i stop these.i want to know is there any tumor in my brain .but i am not vomiting.please sir help me

I was diagnosed with Spondyloarthropathies(A+P) about 7 years back. Initial treatment suggested was steroids, but I felt that I was messing with my mental health, causing severe mood swings. So, it was dropped. Right now, I am on sulfasalazine for about last 4-5 years. From around the same time, I had some personal problems too, and I started facing some mental health issues, like, doesn't like to communicate with anyone, Overthinking, feeling too low to do anything, etc... So, my question is - does sulfasalazine causes mental health issues? Or, these mental health issues are independent of it?

Hi. I have a good job that pays me well. I have a good set of team mates and friends around me. I got married to a friend two and a half years back. He lives in the US and I do not have a work visa for US. I have my dreams and don't want to be a homemaker. I continued with my job and we both had been traveling to and fro whenever possible. All in all it all seems to be fine. The problem creeps in over the weekends when I am alone. I feel depressed and lonely. I cry more often and thoughts about death hover over my mind. By death, I do not mean that I am suicidal but I feel like it's all a waste of time when we know it's eventually going to end. I do not like some of his family members and thoughts about them lingers on my mind. I feel helpless and sick since I am not capable of doing anything to solve this situation. I ruminate those bad encounters and feel bad. I tried joing physical training classes to ease my mind. In certain days, it works wonders and on others, it dorsnt.

Sir i m 30 year old hypertensive i have anxiety but for the last 4-5 months i m getting lots of unwanted thoughts which i cant controll and now its getting worse i am terrified and very depressed
