I have some personal problems which is driving me crazy. I am having sleepless nights for almost a month now. I just couldn't decide which exact problem causes this kind of stress. Please help me.

I have a serious problem in living daily life as i am not able to concentrate on my work and have blurry memories of daily routine.Issue remembering the past events.sudden outburst of heavy heartbeats and tears.anxiety is almost daily,no calm sleep and dissatisfied with watever sleep i get

Past 15 years she was mentally disturbed, slapping herself, hitting her head, sipping everywhere, she hating my dad badly and also ignoring me. Went to many temple 1year back she behaved better but she started doing the same thing. But she used to do her routine work daily cooking, bathing. She is not ready to see doctors. Pls give solution

I have moved to a new city and I am finding it hard to mix up with new people. I feel like crying all the time no body talks to me. I feel very lonely here.

My 5 year old son is oversensitive, gets upset and angry very fast, several times a day. He has a hard time making friends, feels some kind of complex among other children, feels competitive but gives up very fast and gets very upset when others win. Cries to much and to loudly. In his comfort zone he is sweet and very intelligent though.

I've been feeling low and hopeless often. I don't have motivation to do anything and I just feel like crying most of the time. I'm so tired and am feeling quite lonely and unloved. My previous relationship also has had an effect.

Coming recurring thoughts everytime and it fears me. Thoughts triggers me and my hand and legs get numb and tingling also

I got love engaged...n living from 9 months vth him...because my parents didnt like a boy...i m doing clg in Ty...he completed graduation...his mom dont like me....in house everysingle time...v have a fight..me n my mom in law...she dont want me...n my hubby dont want to go separate...how i manage....i m totally helpless...n if i go back at my home
