I have a friend who has gets angry easily. He has certain symptoms: 1. He starts hurting himself. He hits himself.He does not hurt others. 2. He throws away his phones. He has broken 20 phines till date in 2 months 3. His tone in the sense pitch starts getting very high. 4.he shouts. I am afraid this can be due to some kind of depression . Pls help

I am suffering from this intrusive thoughts from last 5 months sometimes i cant control my thoughts give me some suggestion

I am a 30 year old female, I've gained over 26 kgs wgt in past 4 years. I've had a c section delivery 3 years back. My home environment has been very unpleasant, and due to all that's happened around me because of my in laws, I've lost my mental peace.
