I am suffering from mental stress as I am not happy with my life. I have a baby of 1yr old. The main problem was anger. I was a short temper person for this my married life was going worse day by day. And there was various things in my married life was not ok

When i get rid of this muscle weakness because of anxiety. I feel very anxious and wavy inside and for this i am taking evion lc 2 times a day

I think i m depressed since the age of 14 year i had emotional issues where i cry a lot now the condition is worse i can't see good side i try hard to be positive and motivated i don't have much company i don't feel too comfortable around people i came frm Chennai to delhi a year back now i m depressed agn i feel to end my life

I have a friend who has gets angry easily. He has certain symptoms: 1. He starts hurting himself. He hits himself.He does not hurt others. 2. He throws away his phones. He has broken 20 phines till date in 2 months 3. His tone in the sense pitch starts getting very high. 4.he shouts. I am afraid this can be due to some kind of depression . Pls help
