I been having continuos thought flow in my head all the time for the past 2 years. I have been having a heavy feeling in the heart and sometimes my breathing increasing excessively.

I am feeling sad from past three weeks crying daily I'm feeling suicidal is these any symptoms of any disorder

I am a CA with an experience of more than 7 years in job with big 4. Since last 2 months i have this stress and a constant fear that i might do something wrong. This is affecting my work and personal life both.

My husband is taking tese medicines frm past one year N three tablets in a day N he is addicted to it Cannot leave tose medicine Pls help

So basically, since the past few years I've been feeling anxious for no valid reasons. It's been physically manifesting itself in the form of Increased heart rate, breathlessness and consoling oneself isn't helping. Catching flights is another ball game altogether. Sweaty palms high heart rate unconsolable crying. It's affecting my daily life.

Since 5 days im in a bad conditions like....I dont knw wht im talking and behaving..plsss help me sir...im in very tension ....feeling like heart breaking. ?..im literally sad

How do I know if I need psycholigical help? I mean I see changes in me but people say that I am simply over-thinking. And parents say that I am doing it purposely to trouble them. Believe me I am not.

I need to increase my consternation and memory. So please can I take smart drugs for this? If yes which one I can use it? I need to pass the exam Thanks

Actually my grandfather was seen by one of the neurologist doctor , in neuroscience Kolkata. Doctor prescribed him a clopitorva medicine . But clopitorva is not for brain problem . I searched in net that clopitorva is only for heart attack , and many other conditions. Can u tell me the use of clopitorva again? Thank u
