I am under severe depression for last 6 months. I have isolated myself from all friends and relatives. Please help me how to deal with it.

I am suffering from severe depression for last 6 months. I have isolated myself from all friends and relatives. I need help to come out of this.

I'm having mixed emotions . Most of the time I feel completely emotionless and numb . For example I heard my best friends aunt just died. I didn't feel any sorrow whatsoever . At times I feel overwhelmed with emotions. I sleep a lot and when I wake up I feel extremely drained out mentally . I'm a med student . I'm not able to focus . What do I do

I've been having this strong urge to run away and start a new life altogether. I am in a very weird relationship with a friend where we meet on the weekends and get physical and the rest of the week we pretend to be strangers. This has been bothering me a lot as it is a grey area in my life and I like having everything in black and white. But I can't resist it also.. That is why I want to just run away and start a new life.. Surround myself with new people, new thoughts.. What do I do?
