I m getting over stress. Becoming more arrogant with every one. I am doing engineering. I got stuffed wot arrers. My parents are already suffering for money.i feel more  guilty tht i m wasting theri money. I cnt even clear ma arrers. I dont knw wht to do. Smetimes i try to quite myself but i cant able to do. I think of mu parents at tht time. I refuse to get quiting myself. But i feel like i m useless even i cnt clear my arrears. Sometime i think i wanna go smewhr top of a hill or clif to shout loud. I cry all nights holding a pillow tightly witout a noise. My head is paining a lot. I wanna quit myself. But on seeing ma parents i dont want to.

I work 2 week in night(10-6) and next two week from 2-10 My sleep is very weak..small distractions doorbell etc and i get wake up.. I am feeling am not getting constant sleep of even 5 hours..not sure it is due to office hours..etc Any advise and what are precautions. Is it stress i have developed?

I experience terrible headaches sometimes nd dream of horrible things..I get angry too fast..I confused irritated within ..dont know what to do

I have a good job to do marriage. But I have not enjoyed Some aspects of life. I can wait but feel family needs it.

I have been diagnosed with depression for the last 13 years.My age is 28.I was 15 when i went through restlessness,anxiety mild depression.due to work and job overload my brain took a big strain and losing my conscious ness.my brain stays warm and i feel warmth while studying or doing any job.i t feels the brain got damaged or severly upset.

My wife is struggling with brain problems . when she alone at home she start laughing slowly herself and also she is facing head pain .

Sir/madam, I am suffering from mental stress don't know why I can't sleep at night feeling very sad don't know what to do .

I am a 22 year boys. now a days i am feeling loneliness. i am not taking any interest in conversation with any one. i just want to be alone all the time and also i am not able to concentrate on my work.

From months I am having sleeping problems. I can't have deep sleep or feel fresh in morning and wake frequently in night. I tried yoga or other techniques but no effect. Prescribe me some sleeping pills please. Thank you

Hi i m from india.. Actually my dad is suffering from depression from last 7 years.. During last years he was sleeping at night quite well.. But now he is unable to sleep.. Then the doctor recommended olenz 5 mg.. But still it does not work. Can u futher tell me what to do..
