Hi , I am a software engineer and my daily works involves writing codes , but some months ago I noticed a strange behaviour in me that I am getting stuck if try to recall any program , when I actually see that I doubt myself like how in the first place I was able to write that ? If the same situation comes again will I be able to write the same logic ? And my mind goes in continuous thought loops again and again like how I did that ,I start thinking about that and end then my mind again starts thinking about that in the hope that I might get a proper resolution that satisfies me , how in future I will solve the same kind of problem , I have started doubting myself if I will be able to do my job in a proper way in future , because of this problem if I try to learn something new , again I find myself in the loop of illusions and thoughts . Sometimes I get illusions of the things that I know as I had learned those in past and applied , please help me as my mind is getting messed up .

Diffuse prominence of cerebral Sulci is seen in bilateral fronto-parietal region. There is also prominence of ventricular system & basal cistern - suggestive of mild atrophy ?

I had undergone an MRI of brain & the report says Mild diffuse cerebral atrophy and non specific ischemic changes & partial empty sella.

Continue headache behaving not good stop talking stop eating some time crying speaking one thing many time ... beginning for Poisson

He was behaving bad vomiting ...thinking continually.. irritated stop eating stop talking continued speak one thing many times

I would never study for more than half an hour. I would distract thinking some other thing. This leads to even more stress and with less I cannot complete what I had to.

I am having continuous headache from last 6 days at left back side of the head. Can't feel relief even after taking seredon and brufen also feeling ache while put head on the pillow can't sleep at night too because of this

I have faced various problems in my life from last few years but somehow i used to cope up with them and moveon with my life , but from 4-5 months I haven't being able to keep my life on track , i'm suffering from anxiety,thoughts of suicide and self harm are always on my mind . I feel a certain type of chest ache which id not going away
